If you can I would invest in a blood pressure monitor. I have a chronic heart condition so I get chest pain frequently. For me, it's usually because my blood pressure or pulse is too high. The monitor will give you both so you can have a better idea on what's going on. I would recommend seeing a doctor as well. Unfortunately, there are too many issues that chest pain can be a symptom of. I would rather be safe than sorry. I hope you get to feeling better though.
Go to the doctor, but since you haven't suffered a heart attach or stroke already from it, it is more likely to be something else. More likely to do with your stomach or liver, or even a pinched nerve in your back or neck by those symptoms. Take note of where in the chest the discomfort happens, is it high, low or left or right? What side of the back and neck does the pain travel? What did you eat 45 minutes earlier?
idk about you but the closer a girl gets to looking like ronald mcdonald, the more aroused i become. CAV
where can we cast our eyes to @PoruMairu who thinks of himself a member of the true church. Helion.
May be stress induced. Could be the anxiety induced. Maybe a small panic attack. Could be indigestion. It could be a whole myriad of other things INCLUDING a heart attack so you should probably go to your nearest ER. I get chest pain all the time myself and had it all day, but I have fibromyalgia so it's something I'm used to. Definitely get yourself checked out!
