Paul Allen

Paul Allen is a broadcaster and writer. He has presented BBC Radio 3's Night Waves since 1998, and as a writer adapted Mark Herman's Brassed Off for the stage. He has also set a string of radio and theatre plays in Sheffield, where he lives, is the biographer of Alan Ayckbourn and teaches at the universities of Sheffield and Warwick. He is currently working on a book about Shakespeare's Falstaff
