One of those more action packed episodes especially with the monsters that came to town.

I wish they built up the antagonists in this series better instead of just dropping them out of nowhere. Lena and the others had to work together to stop them so this was a team effort. Nothing really special about this but I guess Lena's skills did improve.

This show would be 1000x better if Rena was the MC and we got a yuri ship with she and Dratena. They’re so much more interesting than Light. The last two eps have been the best in the show and the last 5 mins in particular of this episode were genuinely great.

Really enjoyed seeing Dratena gradually open up to Rena in this one and realize that her abilities don’t have to be used for evil. Just because your family treated you like shit doesn’t mean that has to define you forever!

I really felt bad about the fairy stone having to be destroyed. The way you could see Dratena soul and heart get broken there because that dance is what has given her life purpose and helped her cope with all the trauma of her past. But just because the crystal is gone doesn’t mean you can’t keep dancing!

Also the bureau head is so fucking badass. Her attacks were the best animation the series has had yet. Well that and Rena’s big attack there at the end. She may seem like a ditz but she’s in that position for a reason. The look on argos face when things didn’t go according to plan 😂

Surely the holy sister is working with whoever argos boss is tho right? I couldn’t help but laugh when Dratena said she would ask the holy sister for help like girl, she’s part of it lol. Hopefully the next episode looks as good as this!

ngl, the story where Lena is a lead is far better than the one with Light.

And, that woman should be the Unholy Sister, right?!

The anime has been better, but the constant stopping everything to have a character or two think / talk right in the middle of battle, is really annoying, that just doesn't happen, takes away from the battle and story.
Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

Liked the episode. Glad Monica's still hammering the blade for Light, meanwhile, bro's training hard, good for him.

Loved the Argos 1v4, literally. They all thought they won as soon as Lena cataracted the heck outta the Fairy Stone, then Argos just casually creates a black hole up the sky, summoning monsters by snapping his fingers, bro's a menace.

Excited to see how this series would conclude since there are only 2 episodes left, so for 'em, imma stay tuned!

Wow were they saving their budget for this episode? After the last few crappy ones that was kind of a surprise. So what's this Argos' plan? With Flower Hat flip flopping every episode it's hard to figure out what is even going on in this show as far as who is good and bad. And really this is the first time Dratena realized she could use her power for good? And where did the convenient Pokemon unicorn come from? They had a little flashback but I don't remember.

This arc gives female characters a chance to shine instead of just standing behind male character like Light.

Talking about Light, I still need him since he's the main protagonist of this anime, he just can't missing from action like this.

God I still hate Lena, I really hope someone physically beats some sense into her and that she gets charged for abetting with a murderer.

I read the manga a long time ago before the anime and the translated version stops around episode 7, even now there are no newer chapters for me to read than the anime point.

if any WN/LN reader wants to spoil me for what happens to Dratena I would love that please.

As far as I do some research on the internet.
First of all, there are 3 versions of this series, WN, LN, and the manga. The anime adaptation follows the manga. The light novel also has only 2 volumes, which doesn't help at all. The manga, currently, has 6 volumes in total. In which the anime will end at the sixth volume. The seventh volume of the manga will be released on March 7, 2025. And what's about the web novel? The plot in the web novel is completely different from the manga; thus, the anime is completely different from the web novel.

Here is the synopsis of the seventh volume of the manga. https://kc.kodansha.co.jp/product?item=0000407264

So, basically, no one knows what will happen next in the story because the anime is now catching up with the manga, and the web novel is different from the manga and anime as if they were different series.

Another better Lena focused episode.

This show's not amazing, but it's still entertaining to watch how they'll overcome things next.

Like everyone has said. This show is 1000x better without Light being the MC. I like the relationship building between Lena and Dratena, with one supposably being a saint and the other has something considered taboo over whatever they were trying to do with Light and Lena.

"Light always works so hard to achieve his dreams"

Uh...no. Light actively avoids doing the one thing that would actually make him stronger, because he's an idiot.

So. . . For as bad as this show is, based on this episode, I would at least be a better show without the rest of Luxeria. Give them some Pizza money and leave them at home.

Edit: Just read that a bunch of other people already said the same. I guess he's just an anchor on the show.

Yes, cause you can dance and she say you, you aren't a bad person - Lena's logic, bruh the episode just started and I'm already itching to kill myself. If I apply the same logic, Holy sister isn't unholy/bad/evil as she's called "Holy" ;)

"I'll bear the fault of this." What does that mean!? You'll stay and protect the people until the day you die? And then Dratena's chill, like sure go and destroy it.

This show has so many look holes that even an obese can fit in with ease. For better or worse the animation got a sudden buff, but animation can't carry a shitty show alone.

Let me guess what could happen next, they'll either beat the dragon or send it running back into the portal again, then that miniature horned beast will create the crystal once again, and Dratena will be allowed to dance as the citizens suddenly love her. Braindead plot that an amateur can easily predict.

@AkeZZZ thanks for the answer,
A story that never bothered to be finished seems like the perfect fit for this crap anime.

Mangas get axed and leave a lot less writing room than Light novels, with one chapter a month I guess we'll know how it ends in 5 years..

They should have adapted the authors other work, the blacksmith manga, it had 160 chapters and was truly great

Dratena, our new heroine?
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

Dratena is the best character of the show hands down.

And why is this show called kinomi master? There's been so little mention of the fruits at all for half the season.

Wack.

This anime almost traumatized me because of Light's defeat in the first episodes, so now I hope this anime ends with the first season before the second season and they kill that priestess or whatever happens and Light becomes an A rank adventurer

Lena taking pity on Dratena was something that the former wasn't expecting, even more from innocent children just wanting to see them dance. And reality is soon realized of monsters treading on the ground that both girls saved the people around their vicinity, to escort them to safety and find out the source of the miasma.

To effectively destroy the miasma is to destroy the Fairy Stone, and that will be useless to dancers like Dratena. And since she resists on doing that, unless there's a better way to face against Argos the Disciple, they split up the tasks to try and destroy the Fairy Stone. At least for Flower Hat leveraging on the forbidden books beneath the Holy City to tackle Argos, the decision is left to Lena to make that fateful choice, which she did, and unfortunately, mustered a similaly summoned Wicked Dragon.

At this point, there's no turning back for Lena and Dratena anymore...

Dratena's redemption arc is going great so far; it managed to make me feel bad for her, which is impressive, since I don't often sympathize with characters who were originally introduced as villains. And I was genuinely surprised that they actually destroyed the Fairy Stone. I was convinced they'd find a way to save it; this makes things a bit more interesting as well!

I'm seriously wondering, they're actually doing this on purpose, taking the lamest stories from **** and adapting them. Why, why are they actually doing this? Why aren't we getting the anime sequel we've been waiting for for years? Why are we forced every season to endure **** like this, written by people I don't know but pity, in fact When I get to this level of the story, I'm asking myself Where's the main character? We're at episode 10, soon to be 11, so the story's almost over, and the MC isn't there anymore. And in this incredible situation, we should have had the main character. Now who's doing stuff. No, no, here, no Here in the main character, as he didn't follow the **** or here as they weren't in the same place. We're going to tell you a whole story that, personally, I don't give a damn about. Because the main character isn't really Bon incroyable. xD
